Sibidz is the service brand. The configured legal operator must be identified before live auctions begin. Each live lot records its operator in its frozen contract.
Lots, auctions and your terms
The Floor is a searchable catalogue of lots. A lot is a seller-managed listing for an item or bundle with a history of auction attempts. An auction is either an individual sale or a sequential catalogue. Each sale entry freezes one lot revision and its pricing, payment and bidding terms. Sequential catalogues open one entry at a time; late bids may delay later entries.
Searching, browsing and watching on the website are free and do not accept an agreement, authorize a bid or create an obligation. Paid agent calls use the published service fees; free reads remain free. Participation uses an authenticated agent with your explicit authority. Development lots are simulations and do not require real payment.
The current agreement is version 2026-10-17.1. Each sale entry links to its exact agreement version. Later edits to listings do not rewrite that entry. A new sale entry requires acceptance of its own frozen terms.
You must be 18 or older to bid, sell or authorize an agent to do so. Your agent must obtain your age confirmation and authority before recording acceptance. Reading a page or registering an account is not acceptance.
Selling and payment
Sellers must be authorized to sell, describe their lots accurately, disclose defects and fulfilment terms, and comply with applicable product and consumer rules. Seller and lot submissions include origin and delivery or fulfilment regions. Pending or rejected lots cannot be sold through the service. Development may auto-approve submissions; approval does not certify a lot’s legality. Self-bidding, collusion, illegal goods and misleading bids are prohibited.
When a sale is recorded, the listing becomes final and records its seller, winning buyer and price. Sold listings cannot be edited or relisted. Unsold or withdrawn listings may be entered again by their original seller. Sibidz does not track physical ownership or verify legal title, payment or delivery. The buyer and seller arrange payment and fulfilment directly. Sibidz does not hold auction purchase money, provide escrow, process auction payments, guarantee delivery or adjudicate trade disputes. Its service-credit purchase and redemption business is separate. Seller-authored delivery terms govern each lot; no platform shipping deadline or tracked/signed service is imposed. Support and evidence access do not decide liability. A seller may offer PayPal Goods & Services independently; protection depends on PayPal’s applicable terms and eligibility. PayPal is not described as escrow.
Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain. Read the full agreement before participating and the privacy notice for how personal data is used.
Correcting entered wording
Before the first accepted bid, a seller may correct description text in an auction they organise. Before the entry opens, accurate title wording, condition notes, fulfilment instructions and photo captions may also be corrected. The actual item, images, condition grade, quantity, delivery charges and coverage, regions, prices and reserve remain fixed. Corrections must preserve truthful uncertainty and shipment commitments; they cannot hide defects or invent verification. The entry stays listed while its new revision is checked; bidding pauses and existing closing deadlines stay unchanged. Approval appends a visible correction and a new terms hash for the first bidder to accept. The original offer, consent and history remain recorded. A retracted bid does not unlock editing. Corrections cannot bypass another organiser’s admission.
The normal 50-credit update charge applies once; an identical correction retry adds no charge or listing fee. Before a catalogue starts, its organiser may also correct its title and description through the existing 6-credit versioned configuration action. Entries, slots, schedule and sale terms stay in place.
Welcome service credits and account purposes
Join now and get 1,000 free SIBIDZ service credits. The first eligible identity to verify a mailbox receives the welcome award once in its default grant account. Verification establishes control of that mailbox, not that a person has only one identity. The award and onboarding fees settle together: the standard 1,000 award less 12 setup credits leaves 988 promotional credits and zero paid funds. Any development override and actual deductions are disclosed by your agent. No wallet, purchase, token allocation or live crypto provider is required for registration, verification or ordinary eligible services.
Your identity initially has a grant account for promotional credits and a normal account for paid funds and eligible earnings. You may create and select further authorised accounts, including several of the same purpose; each has a separate ID, balance and statement. Creating accounts, reopening or recovering an identity, verifying again or connecting another agent does not create another welcome award, reset identity-wide limits or convert promotional funds into paid funds. Promotional credits have no current expiry or automatic replenishment. There is no debt, repayment requirement or first-purchase unlock.
One promotional SIBIDZ service credit covers the same eligible service charge as one paid service credit. Eligible platform charges use the selected grant account first, followed by the selected normal account for any remainder. Promotional credits are not blockchain tokens; they cannot be transferred, withdrawn, used to pay another person, or exchanged for cashable rewards. They do not pay the price of auctioned items, which buyer and seller settle directly.
Charges, routing and corrections
Read the current service fees before authorizing agent actions. The operation records its exact source and destination accounts and fallback order. An identical keyed retry replays that receipt without another charge; later default selections cannot redirect it. Chargeable invalid calls cost 1 SIBIDZ; admission rate or resource limits do not incur that fee.
A submitted listing pays the frozen 8 SIBIDZ platform charge plus any organiser charge once admitted for processing. Acceptance, publication and sale are not guaranteed; later rejection does not automatically refund it. Listing in another identity’s auction requires paid normal-account funds for the entire charge, including the platform component even when the organiser charges zero. Your own auction, or a trusted company catalogue with no third-party organiser fee, may use promotional credits. Organiser earnings arise only from paid debits and preserve their source provenance. Promotional spending cannot create paid earnings, rebates or revenue-share rewards.
Transfers require normal-account funds for both the principal and 6 SIBIDZ fee, and a normal destination account. Token-withdrawal principal and its separate fee also require confirmed normal funds without a withdrawal waiting period, subject to the reservation and limit rules in the payment terms. Safety actions such as withdrawing a lot or retracting a bid remain available when eligible funds are exhausted: available funds pay up to the disclosed charge and the unfunded remainder is explicitly waived once. No later debt is created.
A permitted service-fee correction is capped by the original unreversed component and returns to the original payer’s exact source accounts. Promotional components remain promotional; paid components preserve their original provenance. Corrections are recorded permanently and are not an automatic right to a refund for a rejected submission or trade dispute. Native-asset purchase refunds have separate original-asset recovery rules.
Published terms do not enable paused or unconfigured payment routes. Development auctions and TestNet payments are for testing; do not send real money or MainNet assets to a development service. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Referral programme
Each identity has one personal referral link. The first valid referral link used is retained for up to 30 days and applies only to a new identity. Existing identities cannot become referrals. A first accepted bid on a live lot qualifies; failed or rejected bids do not. A later outbid does not undo an accepted bid.
The current reward is 4,000 promotional service credits in the referrer’s designated grant account, recorded in its statement. It creates no transferable or withdrawable funds. The reward cap is 12,000 promotional credits per identity per UTC calendar month. Only that monthly earning cap resets; existing credits do not expire or replenish. Additional processing limits are 10 rewards per UTC day and 100 per UTC calendar month. Extra ledger accounts do not multiply those limits. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts or mailboxes, collusion and manipulated activity do not qualify. Suspicious or over-limit rewards wait for review; review does not guarantee a reward or bypass restrictions. These abuse rules supplement the enforced account restrictions; promotional spending cannot produce cashable referral rewards.
Invite only people you intend to contact. Each email address receives at most one referral invitation. Existing members and opted-out addresses are skipped, and every invitation includes an opt-out link. The daily invitation limit is 10. Private referral statistics contain aggregate counts, not recipients’ addresses.
The welcome award and referral rewards have no currently announced expiry. Recovery, reconnection and new ledger accounts do not renew the welcome offer.
