For developers
Connect. Inspect. Bid.
Connect your agent, search, inspect an exact offer, then bid only with permission.
The nine customer tools are account, browse, sell, bid, buy, credits, feedback, contact and research. Both search and inspection use browse.
Quick path: connect your MCP client, ask your agent to connect or recover your account, and give it the latest emailed code. Then ask: “Search SIBIDZ for Pokémon Jungle holo cards. Spend at most 6 SIBIDZ credits. Do not bid or start paid monitoring.” Inspect a returned lot for free and ask for its exact terms and bid template. Approve a bid only when ready.
1. Connect
Use the connection guide and this MCP endpoint:
https://sibidz.io/mcp
Your MCP client handles OAuth with PKCE and the exact endpoint as its resource. The OAuth browser screen approves or cancels this agent connection; your agent handles its account setup. Buyers can also sign in and trade on the website using the same identity. Selling and shop management use an agent. Keep access and refresh tokens in the client, out of chat and logs. Never share credentials between DEV and production.
Before signing in, GET /mcp or an MCP preview session lets your agent read tool schemas, guides, prices and public item/profile references. Private, paid and write actions return a sign-in step; after approval, start a fresh authenticated session and reuse the existing account.
Examples are tools/call parameters, also accepted by an SDK client’s callTool method. Replace synthetic emails, codes, IDs and amounts with actual inputs and returned references; these examples grant no authority.

}Complete only missing account setup
With the person’s explicit permission to create an account if needed:
{
"name": "account",
"arguments": {
"action": "connect",
"email": "developer@example.test",
"name": "Alex Developer",
"create_if_missing": true,
"request_id": "10000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000001"
}
}Ask the person for the latest emailed code; keep leading zeros. This confirmation reuses their existing identity or completes the authorised new account. There is no separate identity-create call. Multi-lot auction admission is a separate, explicitly approved join.
{
"name": "account",
"arguments": {
"action": "continue",
"step": "verification",
"code": "012345",
"request_id": "10000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000002"
}
}An eligible new verified identity receives 10,000 promotional SIBIDZ credits after eligibility checks, about US$10 at face value. Required setup is free; the account response shows any pending review and actual available award. No wallet is needed to search or test ordinary services. Existing identities do not get another award.
2. Search
Example prompt: “Search SIBIDZ for Pokémon Jungle holo cards. Spend at most 6 SIBIDZ credits on this search. Do not bid or start paid monitoring.”
{
"name": "browse",
"arguments": {
"query": "Pokémon Jungle holo",
"request_id": "10000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000003",
"max_fee": "6"
}
}A new search page costs 6 credits, including an empty result. Choose an actual returned entry_id; do not invent one. An empty page is a successful test search. Do not create shared test accounts or listings just to fill the marketplace.
3. Inspect the exact offer
{
"name": "browse",
"arguments": {
"ref": {
"kind": "entry",
"entry_id": "20000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000001"
}
}
}This read is free. Retain the returned entry, auction and run identities. A catalogue URL does not select whichever lot opens next. Review the terms, unit, minimum bid, deadline, seller and bidding.maximum readiness. Newly verified buyers have no default waiting period. Account restrictions and the returned bidding readiness still apply.
If agreement.accepted is false, read and explicitly accept the exact frozen agreement.required_version and required_sha256 using the returned next template. Supply the account’s private legal name as principal:{legal_name:"Alex Doe"} and obtain each requested consent; never fill them in automatically. Trading does not require a country. Credit payments separately ask for payment location and run the applicable name and address checks. Initial acceptance, or acceptance of another exact version for the same legal principal, costs 0 credit and is reused for auctions with that version/hash. Changing an established handle, legal details or both uses one account update kind=details save for 6 credits total; unchanged saves and exact retries are free. Load the current handle and latest acceptance ID before opening that editor.
4. Bid with explicit authority
Example prompt: “Show me this exact lot’s terms, currency, minimum bid and fees. Ask for my maximum and approval before placing it. Do not buy monitoring unless I approve its budget.”
For a multi-lot auction, first review bidding.admission and explicitly approve its exact bid action=join template. Joining costs 0 credits once per identity and run and covers every lot in that run; it places no bid. Individual auctions and fixed-price items have no joining fee.
After the user approves their private ceiling and any missing entry/contact consent, fill bid_template.maximum with a fresh request ID. This example assumes an approved maximum of 25 in the offer’s displayed unit; replace the synthetic hash with the reviewed terms_hash:
{
"name": "bid",
"arguments": {
"action": "place",
"mode": "maximum",
"entry_id": "20000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000001",
"maximum": "25",
"accept_terms": "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa",
"sale_contact_consent": true,
"request_id": "10000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000004",
"max_fee": "12"
}
}The consent flags above are appropriate only after explicit permission. Entry terms and first-auction contact consent are reused when still valid; follow the returned template’s missing fields. The reviewed hash in accept_terms pins the exact terms; true remains supported for existing MCP clients.
Each explicitly submitted maximum costs 12 SIBIDZ credits, including a new request with an unchanged ceiling. SIBIDZ bids only enough to lead within that maximum; automatic increments, stopping it and exact retries are free. Maxima can be set while queued or changed while leading. Stopping automatic bidding leaves accepted bids binding. An accepted bid is not a win. Auction payment and delivery are arranged directly between buyer and seller; SIBIDZ credits do not pay the auction price. Explicit manual instructions remain supported through bid_template.amount and mode=amount at 12 credits per accepted request; never reinterpret a manual instruction as automatic bidding.
For a non-auction item, inspect buying and use its offer_template after approval of the exact price and supplement. Submitting an offer costs 6 credits. The seller must explicitly accept even when the offer equals the asking price; acceptance costs its recipient the fee frozen in the proposal, currently 6 credits. Payment and delivery remain directly between the parties. Retain the same request ID when recovering a response.
Card research
Read research {action:"offer"} for free, including current prices and the approved example’s actual card and dates. A full report currently costs 512 credits; an approved example costs 6 and may concern an older, different card. After the customer authorizes the disclosed service, send one request with a fresh request ID, explicit max_fee and the permitted funding accounts. Choose product:"identification" with one JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB (10,000,000 bytes), with a shorter side of at least 600 px, and a 50-credit limit. A clear result completes this purchase with the card identity; it never buys a report. Review that result, then optionally make a new product:"report" request with identification_order_id, expected_identification_revision and a separate 512-credit limit. You can also request a report directly with input.text or structured input.card_details: known game, set, collector number, card name, language, edition and variant. Omit unknown facts; incomplete or conflicting identity needs clarification. Invalid or ambiguous identification and text clarification are uncharged. A report request is explicit purchase authority; there is no extra quote/confirm step.
Payment is accepted once before paid research begins, including a cache hit. Observe the free order progress resource. If your host cannot receive updates, read research {action:"status",order_id} for the same order at least 15 seconds apart with jitter and bounded backoff. Stop when updates resume or the returned next step no longer asks you to wait; never create a new purchase to recover progress. The 16-minute target starts at paid acceptance and covers the PDF plus SMTP submission, not inbox arrival. Delivery uses the account’s current verified email. Downloads last seven days and can be renewed free within the 30-day retention period. Research does not guarantee authenticity or sale value. Never retry an uncertain email as a new purchase.
Your market and currency
Within input, optional country selects an ISO country market, such as TH; omit it for global research. currency is the ISO reporting currency, default USD. Request up to five raw or graded targets in grades, for example {kind:"raw"} and {kind:"graded",company:"PSA",grade:"8"}. One report fee covers these comparisons and the identified card’s grade. After photo identification, these preferences may accompany its order ID and revision; they never replace the identified card. Send card and market details only, without shipping, fees, timing, trade intent, customer listings or valuation evidence.
Report layout
New reports open with a black collector cover, the exact card’s reference image and a prominent valuation summary. White evidence pages follow with dated market observations, listing evidence, grade comparisons and source links. Permitted listing photographs appear beside their own observations when available. Missing photographs or market evidence are never invented. The SIBIDZ moon mark, console headings and readable sans-serif text stay consistent throughout.
Recent sold prices and asking prices stay distinct. Local evidence and broader-market comparisons are clearly labeled. Supported valuations show a fair-value range, typical value and confidence in your requested currency; asking-only or cross-market evidence without local sales requires low confidence. Native prices remain visible and any conversion cites a dated exchange rate. Dated observations are not presented as a market-price index. Neighbouring-grade comparisons, official population evidence, limitations and source notes follow on numbered pages as needed. Missing evidence is explained rather than estimated. This describes the sources checked for the particular card, not a claim that an entire country lacks sales data.
Source QR codes match their printed links, with a separate public card-search link. PDFs stay under 2 MB with selectable text. Every new full report and example includes the exact card’s official/reference image with its source. The image illustrates the card, not the condition or authenticity of an individual specimen. Public artwork requires documented permission or a licence; customer photos never appear in a reusable report. If the required image cannot be obtained, the report stays incomplete for recovery without another purchase. Previously purchased PDFs retain their original evidence, dates and design.
Research sources
Current accepted sources: Official Pokémon card database (official card identity and artwork); PriceCharting (pricing); Coinbase exchange rates (exchange rates); PSA (population and identity); CGC (population and identity); Beckett (population and identity); ACE (population and identity). Every report states the grading population at its research date, or explains why it could not be established. Population access may require a provider account; workers must report unavailable evidence rather than bypass access controls. Accepted sources are not a licence to reproduce restricted data: each observation requires an allowed use or documented permission.
Contact costs 0 SIBIDZ credits per accepted message and 0 per accepted appeal; reading history and replies is free. Feedback is a permanent review of a recorded trading partner, free for new sale entries under the current policy.

See current prices or free auction://prices for full conditions. Already completed paid stages retain their receipts even if a later stage fails.
Use a new UUID request_id for a new logical action; replay identical arguments and funding with the same ID after a lost response. A JSON-RPC ID is only a transport identifier. Inspect billing, committed stages, errors and the single typed next; done never means “poll again.”
funding_accounts, when present, authorises only its named accounts. Omit the whole field to use defaults. Grants pay eligible services, including another organiser’s listing; a grant-funded organiser share stays promotional. Transfers and withdrawals require normal credits. max_fee limits the immediate service charge, not an auction price or monitoring budget.
Optional monitoring and limits
Monitoring uses standard MCP resource subscriptions, not a customer watch tool. The supported receiver uses the returned exact resource_uri, an explicit credit budget, one connection and durable checkpoints. Retain selected funding; acknowledge processing before saving the cursor. Recover ambiguous attempts from receipts, then reconnect and catch up.
Being connected or receiving a heartbeat does not mean a subscription is live. Private inbox/progress subscriptions are free; closing the complete legacy session is free. A client host must remain running to receive updates.
Current code defaults allow 60 requests per minute per account or bootstrap OAuth grant, four sessions per account, and 32 monitored targets per account. Limits can be configured. On rate limiting, honour Retry-After/returned recovery information and use bounded backoff; do not retry in a tight loop.
Test mode and further reading
DEV displays “Test site — not real auctions.” Its financial network is TestNet; do not send real funds. It is a shared development service, not a per-client sandbox or a guarantee that external providers are simulated. Use isolated local fixtures for repeatable account, auction and payment tests. Ask through contact for free within the published support limits if access or readiness is unclear.
