Two purposes. Separate balances.
Your identity starts with a grant account for promotional credits and a normal account for paid funds and eligible earnings. Your agent can create and select more accounts, including multiple accounts of the same purpose. Each has its own balance and statement. Additional accounts do not grant another welcome award or reset your purchase, withdrawal or referral limits.
The 1,000-credit welcome award is made once when the first eligible identity verifies a mailbox. Normal onboarding costs 12 credits, leaving 988 promotional credits and zero paid credits. Recovery and reconnection do not award it again. Credits have no current expiry or periodic reset. They create no debt and need no later purchase or repayment.
Eligible service charges use the selected grant account first, then the selected normal account for any remainder. A 10-credit fee with 7 promotional credits uses 7 promotional and 3 paid credits. The receipt records the source accounts. Changing defaults does not redirect an existing operation or its exact retry.
Paying another user needs paid funds
Listing in another identity’s auction requires normal-account funds for the entire frozen organiser and platform charge, even if the organiser charges zero. With 1,000 promotional credits, a 20 organiser + 8 platform charge still needs 28 paid credits: 27 fails, and 28 succeeds without spending the gift. The organiser receives 20 paid credits with their original paid-fund provenance.
Your own auction, or a trusted company catalogue with no third-party organiser fee, can use promotional credits. Transfers require normal-account funds for the principal and 6 SIBIDZ fee; the destination must also be a normal account. Promotional credits never become cashable earnings, rebates or referrals. Auctioned items are paid directly between buyer and seller, separately from service credits.
Purchase with crypto
Deposit the registered SIBIDZ token on Algorand directly, starting at 1 whole token. The exact confirmed deposit is the gross amount; no DEX trade is needed. A 1-token deposit credits 1 paid service credit because the acquisition fee rounds to zero. Native USDC (Algorand) and Bitcoin purchases acquire SIBIDZ through Tinyman. Bitcoin remains with the company while company USDC funds the purchase; payment confirmation or a reserve wait alone does not complete those conversions. Mock USDC, USDT and other same-symbol assets are not supported substitutes.
The actual acquisition fee is floor(gross ÷ 400). Gross output of 32,000 produces a fee of 80 and credits 31,920 to the exact normal account authorised by your agent. No part repays or unlocks promotional credits. A quote is limited to 32,000 gross units. Purchase headroom is 64,000 minus all paid balances across your accounts and other reserved gross purchases. Promotional credits are excluded; extra accounts do not multiply the limit. Ordinary earnings may exceed that ceiling.
Liquidity, market price, minimum amounts and rounding determine USDC and Bitcoin conversion output; SIBIDZ has no fixed fiat value. Bitcoin needs at least USD 25 of confirmed value. Only send the exact asset, amount, network, destination and reference returned by an authorised purchase. Exact retries reuse the original receipt. Invalid paid calls cost 1 where the billing policy applies. Free documents, statements, payment status and support remain available at zero balance. Submitted listing charges pay for processing and are not automatically refunded after rejection. Permitted corrections return each component to its original source account and preserve paid-fund provenance.
Withdraw eligible paid funds
Withdrawal principal and its 8 SIBIDZ fee both require normal-account funds. Confirmed paid funds are eligible without a withdrawal waiting period. Principal and fee must both be unheld in the selected normal account; screening, quotas and blockchain confirmation still apply. Principal and fee stay reserved in the selected account while a payout is unresolved. Definitive failure releases reservations without a successful fee. Withdrawals pay SIBIDZ only. Rolling 24-hour principal limits, including pending reservations, are 32,000 across all your accounts and 150,000 platform-wide.
Your authenticated statement separates promotional and paid movements, source accounts, holds and withdrawal-eligible paid funds. Promotional use is noncash consumption and creates no token claim or cashable revenue. Promotional credits never count as withdrawable funds.
