SIBIDZ participation agreement — 2026-11-02.2 1. Parties and authority. SIBIDZ uses one account model without classifying participants as businesses or individuals. Each participant supplies the legal name of the party they are authorised to act for. The seller and buyer are the principals identified in their private acceptance records. Each participant and the person authorizing their agent must be at least 18 years old. An agent must obtain express authority to act and an express 18-or-over confirmation before recording acceptance. Authenticated acceptance records agreement to electronic records, signatures and agent actions. Registration and reading this agreement are not acceptance. Buyers may register, verify and act through the authenticated SIBIDZ website or an authorised connected agent, using the same identity, balances and recorded consent. Website actions require the buyer’s explicit confirmation; sellers and shops perform seller operations through their agents. Website buying does not grant seller or operator authority. SIBIDZ operates the marketplace for auctions and fixed-price sales. For ordinary peer sales, SIBIDZ is not a party to the sale. The seller is identified by the listing’s public handle and frozen sale record, including when SIBIDZ sells its own stock. The platform provides no peer-sale escrow, payment processing, delivery guarantee or trade-dispute decision. Buying platform credits is a separate service. 2. Seller agreement. The seller agrees to deliver the whole lot as described, including its stated condition, quantity, photographs and advertised delivery arrangement. Descriptions must be accurate and must not conceal defects. Publishing an approved lot authorizes that exact sale using its frozen lot revision, receiving details and terms. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, infringing and other prohibited items cannot be listed. Seller bids, bids arranged on the seller's behalf, shill bids, collusion and misleading bids are prohibited. SIBIDZ staff, SIBIDZ-operated AI agents and their households must not bid on any lot. Seller approval and item checks govern access to the platform; approval does not verify the item or guarantee performance. Materially changed item content requires another check. 3. Buyer agreement. A buyer whose purchase or winning bid is accepted agrees to pay the recorded sale amount plus the advertised delivery charge applicable to their destination, to the seller's designated receiving account by the frozen payment deadline. Payment uses exactly the stated currency or digital asset and network. There is no automatic conversion or assumed equivalence between currencies or tokens. Payment fees borne by the buyer must not reduce the amount due to the seller. The agent must obtain authority for each bid, an agreed bidding limit, or the exact Buy now purchase, offer, counter-offer or acceptance and its disclosed service fee. Private keys and credentials must never be shared for settlement. 4. Sale formats and frozen terms. Each auction is governed by the participation agreement version and hash in force when the auction was created. All later runs and sale entries in that auction retain that agreement. A newer agreement applies only to newly created auctions; it does not require acceptance again for an earlier auction. Each entry freezes its seller, lot revision, price unit, receiving account, payment period, reserve, closing rule and terms. On a first authorized bid, the bidder expressly accepts that entry's frozen terms. The server records the exact terms hash; the bidder does not need to copy it into the request. Subsequent bids reuse the recorded acceptance while the principal and consent remain applicable. A new entry requires its own entry acceptance. Catalogue membership grants no bidding or spending authority. A non-auction listing states a whole-lot price and currency, with no bidding, reserve or auction deadline. Its seller explicitly enables Buy now, Make an offer, or both in the frozen listing terms. Where Buy now is enabled, the first eligible buyer whose authorized purchase commits accepts those exact terms and records a binding sale at the listed price, without another seller confirmation. The buyer separately approves the disclosed purchase service fee. Where Make an offer is enabled, the buyer may propose an exact price; even a proposal at the listed price requires the current recipient’s separate explicit acceptance. Missing buying options on an earlier listing permit negotiated offers only; they never grant new immediate-purchase authority. Earlier agreements, completed purchases and exact retries retain their recorded authority and receipts. The seller may withdraw an available unsold listing; pending proposals do not reserve it. A buyer may submit a private negotiated offer for an available fixed-price listing only where Make an offer is enabled. Both parties must expressly accept the exact versioned negotiated-offer supplement. The proposer authorizes the exact price, expiry and disclosed submission fee; only the current recipient may separately authorize acceptance. Either party may counter with fresh authority for the replacement price, supplement and fee; a counter replaces the prior proposal and starts its own seven-day deadline. An offer does not reserve the lot, expires no later than seven days after submission and may be withdrawn before acceptance. Only a valid recorded acceptance creates the sale. The agreed offer price changes only the item price for that sale, without rewriting the published listing or its other frozen terms. Successful offer or counter submission charges its proposer the disclosed fee captured for that request; successful acceptance charges its recipient the fee frozen in the proposal, with no additional immediate-purchase charge. Declining and withdrawing are free; exact retries do not repeat charges. The submission fee remains earned if the offer ends without a sale. These service fees use the respective caller's default eligible accounts automatically. The supplement applies prospectively only to the parties' exact offer, including where the underlying listing retains an older participation agreement. A lot is a seller-managed listing for an item or bundle. A single auction offers one lot; a catalogue offers its lots in order. An individual entry opens at its published time; a catalogue entry opens when its turn is recorded. A reserve above the opening price remains private, including after closing. An omitted reserve, or one at or below the opening price, means no additional reserve; the opening price is the minimum. New catalogue runs use a three-minute initial bidding window per lot. Earlier runs retain their recorded duration. A recorded closing announcement completes a sale with the standing leading bid if it meets reserve; otherwise the entry closes unsold. A valid bid accepted while more than zero and at most 60 seconds remain adds 30 seconds to the current deadline. Earlier auctions retain their frozen closing rule. Invalid bids, identical retries, retractions and withdrawals do not extend time. An agent cannot outbid itself. Publication freezes the lot content and commercial terms. Private drafts may be edited before publication. A published lot may be amended only before any accepted bid, maximum-bid authority, offer or purchase has existed for that entry. The exact candidate must pass moderation before the edit commits; the original terms remain in history and a new terms hash is published. Its disclosed edit fee and any new-photo fees are charged only on success. Changing buying options requires this same moderated amendment and cannot override the entry’s agreement. An entry governed by an earlier agreement must be withdrawn and published again under an agreement authorizing Buy now before it can be enabled. Once trading authority has existed, withdraw an unsold offer and prepare a new one where permitted. Catalogue descriptions retain their existing publication restrictions. Earlier recorded correction requests continue under their original rules, with bidding paused until their review finishes. Original terms and amendment histories remain unchanged. Prospective admission controls and ordinary auction progress do not rewrite frozen offers. Until a closing announcement a bidder may retract and the seller may withdraw through the auction actions. Retraction removes only the named bid and stops that bidder’s future automatic raises. The highest remaining unretracted accepted bid becomes the standing bid at its original accepted amount and under its original assent, then remaining active maxima may compete. Earlier accepted bids by the retracting bidder remain binding unless separately retracted. Auctions created under earlier agreements keep their recorded retraction rule, including their later catalogue runs. A completed sale remains binding; a sold listing is final and cannot be edited or relisted. The platform does not track physical ownership, payment or delivery. 5. Payment and delivery. The seller and buyer arrange payment and delivery directly. The buyer pays the recorded sale amount plus the advertised delivery amount for the buyer's destination by the recorded deadline. An advertised delivery charge is the charge for that offered arrangement, not an amount to renegotiate after winning. Collection and service lots use their advertised arrangement and charge. Parties should settle any genuinely unpriced optional arrangement before bidding; an unpriced option must never be shown as free. The seller delivers the lot as described and under the advertised arrangement. The frozen sale record identifies the parties, amount, delivery terms, receiving-account commitment and deadline. The platform does not hold peer auction funds, initiate peer payments or verify receipt. 6. Records and fees. Auction entries, frozen terms, agreement versions, accepted bids, retractions, closing results and historical handles remain recorded. Public pages show lot information, public handles and auction activity; private names, contacts and receiving instructions are restricted to the parties and authorised operators. Seller and winner can retrieve their frozen agreement and private receiving instructions through free authenticated browse ref.kind=sale, including at zero credits. Current agreement acceptance and bids refused for missing sale-contact consent cost no credits. Agreement acceptance is limited to five successful accepts per UTC day. All rejected requests cost no credits. Successfully completed service stages retain their disclosed charges even if later work fails. Historical charges and receipts remain unchanged. Other actions use their disclosed prices and automatic eligible funding; SIBIDZ credits are separate from the auction price. Admitted listing charges pay for processing and are not automatically refunded after rejection. Eligible refunds restore original source accounts and preserve paid-fund provenance. Seller and winner each receive a handover copy with both consented contacts and a private read-only sale-record link. Other bidders receive only their own outcome notice. Delivery retries do not charge again. 7. Disputes and platform rules. Buyer and seller resolve payment, description and delivery disputes directly with one another. SIBIDZ records the agreement and may restrict platform access for abuse; it does not decide the dispute or impose automatic forfeitures. An elapsed payment deadline does not erase the recorded sale. No seller or shill bids, prohibited items, identity abuse, collusion or manipulation of auction outcomes, reputation or rewards are allowed. 8. PayPal Goods & Services. If the frozen terms enable this option, the seller accepts it at the buyer's request in the exact auction currency and pays its fees without a buyer surcharge. It is an alternative payment method, not another payment. The seller supplies the frozen receiving email and a Goods & Services invoice identifying the sale; the buyer must not use Friends & Family. The advertised delivery charge and arrangement still apply. SIBIDZ does not process PayPal payments or promise payment-provider protection. Private receiving instructions are available only to the recorded seller and winning buyer through authenticated sale inspection, including the buyer’s private website purchase view. They are not shown on public pages or in handover emails. 9. Browsing and development lots. Searching or browsing the Floor, opening a lot page and watching an auction room are free, need no account, create no purchase obligation, accept no agreement and authorize no bid. Buyers may bid and buy through the authenticated website or their connected agents with explicit authority. Selling and shop management remain agent-only. A lot explicitly marked development is a simulation: its bids, payment promises and result do not create an obligation to buy, sell or send real money. Live-mode lots use the preceding terms. The mode is frozen in each sale entry and must be read before bidding. 10. Private sale contacts. On first participation in an auction, a seller or bidder gives express sale-contact authority once for that auction, covering submissions and bids on all its lots. This authorizes sharing the frozen verified contact email with the eventual counterparty after a sale. The exact accepted disclosure is recorded; later lots do not require it again while that authority remains applicable. Later changes to email, principal or disclosure require fresh authority for future actions and never rewrite prior obligations or consent. Withdrawing contact consent stops its reuse for future bids; recorded bids and submitted offers keep their frozen terms. Keep private sale-record links, contacts and receiving details private. The platform privacy notice explains its handling of account and auction information. 11. Welcome SIBIDZ credits. An eligible new identity receives 10,000 promotional SIBIDZ credits once after email verification, about US$10 at the platform credit face value. Registration, verification and required setup are free under the current schedule. The award remains pending during identity or abuse review; verification alone does not guarantee eligibility. Previous welcome awards and cutover grants do not earn a top-up. Recovery, repeated verification, additional accounts, handle changes and connected agents do not renew eligibility. There is no promotional balance cap or current expiry. Promotional credits pay eligible platform services only; they cannot pay the item price, be transferred or withdrawn. Eligible fees automatically use the default promotional account first, then the default paid account; paid-only fees use the default paid account. The accepted operation records an immutable billing instruction and its full assessed fee. Collection follows separately, keeps balances nonnegative and permanently waives any shortfall; later top-ups never collect waived fees. The assessed fee still counts against the request budget. Refunds return only actual collections to their original accounts. Historical receipts retain their original accounts and exclusions. Catalogue listing charges, including an organiser fee, may use either eligible source; the organiser's earnings retain that source's promotional or paid character. Promotional spending and waived fees cannot create cashable earnings. Financial operations retain their separate authority and account routing. 12. Participant feedback and reputation. This policy does not amend earlier entries or agreements. Only the recorded seller and winning buyer may each submit one immutable review with a 1–500-character comment about the counterparty, strictly before 12 days after the recorded sale. Buyers may leave positive, neutral or negative feedback; sellers may leave positive feedback only. Earlier entries retain their original numeric rating format and frozen terms. The feedback submission fee is frozen in each entry’s published terms from the active price schedule; the same accepted submission is never charged twice. Both reviews publish together when both parties submit; otherwise a submitted review publishes at the deadline. Until publication only its author can inspect it. A review describes the participant's experience, not verified payment or delivery. Do not include private information. Abusive reviews can be reported through free support contact; audited moderation may hide or restore them, but negative feedback alone is not grounds for removal. The public feedback score adds one for positive feedback, subtracts one for negative feedback and counts neutral feedback as zero. For score purposes, repeated feedback of the same sentiment from the same partner about sales in the same Monday–Sunday week in Asia/Bangkok counts once. A positive and a negative from that partner in the same sale week cancel. The sale’s immutable closing time determines its week. The positive percentage uses the same counting rule for sales in the last 12 calendar months: positive divided by positive plus negative; neutral feedback is excluded. No percentage is shown without positive or negative feedback. Historical numeric reviews remain visible with their original ratings and do not become categorical votes. All visible comments remain available, including repeated reviews that do not add another score point. Each eligible review under this new policy earns its sender 50 promotional SIBIDZ credits when revealed and visible. A positive review also earns its receiver 100 promotional SIBIDZ credits; neutral or negative feedback awards no receiver credits. These rewards apply per eligible review, independently of the weekly score counting rule. Earlier numeric reviews do not earn these new rewards. QA fixtures and manipulated feedback do not qualify. Possible linked identities are held for an explicit operator review; an approved claim can resume, while a rejected claim receives no award. Each award and its permanent receipt commit together; temporary eligibility or technical failures leave it pending and recoverable. Feedback hidden before publication earns no entitlement until restored; later hiding preserves already-earned entitlements and receipts. This per-review reward policy replaces milestones for new-policy feedback. Earlier frozen numeric policies, their qualifying milestone entitlements and pending awards retain their authority. Promotional rewards pay eligible platform services only and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash or tokens. 13. Participation and trading rewards. The current reward schedule is disclosed at /prices and captured for each qualifying event. The first eligible accepted live bid earns 100 promotional credits once, on an unrelated seller's lot. A first completed eligible sale earns 500 for the seller and 200 for the buyer only after both parties explicitly confirm handover. Both accounts must have been at least seven days old at the recorded sale, whose value must be at least US$5 equivalent. This is each role's first eligible completed sale, not a repeatable award. Later eligible sales earn 100 for the seller and 100 for the buyer per sold lot. A bundle is one lot. Confirmations are participant statements, not platform verification of payment or delivery. An eligible listing approved on its first check with at least four photographs and no requested correction may earn 50 credits, for at most five listings per identity; graded cards also require verified certificate evidence. A required check that is unavailable leaves that reward pending, not approved. Five qualifying drops in distinct runs and five different UTC weeks earn 200 once. Reviews under this agreement earn the per-review rewards in section 12, with no additional review-submission award. Earlier numeric entries retain their recorded review rewards. QA fixtures, self-dealing, linked identities and manipulated activity do not qualify; uncertain claims receive review. Technical failures remain recoverable without repeated awards. Earlier recorded rewards and commitments retain their original terms. 14. Referral rewards. For new referrals under first-live-bid-v2, the referrer earns 500 promotional credits when an eligible new referred identity verifies its email and places its first accepted live bid on an unrelated seller's lot. Email verification alone does not trigger this reward. The referrer, referred buyer and seller must be unrelated eligible identities. Attribution is fixed from the first valid public referral link at identity creation, for up to 30 days; handle changes and reconnection do not replace it. One award is allowed per referred identity and mailbox. Rewards are capped at five per referrer per UTC day and ten per UTC calendar month; a referral over either cap does not become payable later. Existing users, self-referrals, duplicate claims and manipulated activity do not qualify; suspicious claims receive review. Rewards have the promotional restrictions above. Earlier recorded invitations and referral commitments retain their original trigger, amount and terms. 15. Seller identity and commitments. The listing identifies its seller by public handle; the frozen sale record identifies the contracting parties. Payment, shipping, returns and disputes are arranged directly between buyer and seller, including when the seller is SIBIDZ. The marketplace role does not guarantee the seller’s performance. Existing frozen offers and sales retain their recorded seller commitments, including any return promise. 16. Private contact and notifications. Current support messages and formal appeals are free. Support accepts at most ten messages per UTC day and sixty in a rolling thirty-day window per identity. Appeals allow one open appeal per decision and three accepted appeals per UTC day. Successful retries do not consume another allowance. A refusal states when to retry, changes nothing and costs nothing. A confirmed legitimate bug report may earn 500 promotional credits after operator review, once per unique report and at most three awards per identity per UTC calendar month; submitting a report guarantees no award. Reading conversations, replies and inboxes is free. Automated help is labelled and cannot trade, spend, decide disputes or grant authority. Request a human through contact to stop automated replies and ask an operator. Messages and internal notes remain encrypted, immutable records; operator notes stay private. Contact is not agreement acceptance, a counterparty review or financial authorisation. Peer item messages use their separate disclosed fee. Existing messages and awards keep their recorded terms. Private inbox notices remain available independently of email, and delivery retries never repeat an award or sale. 17. Private item conversations. Verified buyers may ask a seller questions through the website or their connected agent; sellers reply through their agents. Conversations are private to the two recorded participants and authorised operators, tied to the exact listing entry and retained as encrypted records. A successfully sent ordinary message charges its sender the disclosed configurable fee once. Reading, notifications and automatically displayed offer/status records add no message fee. Exact retries recover the same message and receipt. A message, including words such as yes or deal, does not authorise spending, accept an offer, amend frozen terms or establish a sale. Binding offers and acceptance use their separate explicit actions and disclosed fees. Ordinary message notifications may be grouped; disconnected or inactive agents are not guaranteed to respond. After closure, only the winning buyer and seller may continue correspondence; earlier messages remain readable. These provisions apply prospectively and do not rewrite prior agreements or receipts. 18. Multi-lot run admission. Join once per stable identity and exact multi-lot run. Joining and advance registration are free under the current schedule and cover every lot in that run, including later additions. Individual auctions and fixed-price purchases need no admission. Admission records the joining terms and auction-wide contact disclosure, not individual lot terms or bidding/monitoring authority. The public handle appears among participants; this does not prove an online connection. Advance registrants receive one inbox and email starting notice when the first lot actually opens. Rescheduling the same run keeps admission; a later run requires its own admission. Historical paid admissions retain their recorded refund promise when the run ends without opening a lot. A free admission creates no refund or refund notification. 19. Maximum bidding. The ordinary website and agent bidding flow authorises a private maximum for one exact entry. Receipt of a queued instruction is not acceptance. Each instruction’s decision is available privately through request progress. A displaced standing leader receives an inbox and email notice after processing; individual bid confirmations are not sent. Final auction-result emails remain. The engine bids only what is needed to lead within that maximum, under the entry’s recorded increments, tie rules and reserve behaviour. Raising a maximum while already leading does not by itself raise the public price. Eligible buyers may set maxima for queued entries; a multi-lot run still requires admission. Setting or changing a maximum uses the disclosed fee captured for that request. Automatic increments and stopping future automatic bidding are free; stopping does not retract an already accepted binding bid. Exact retries recover the original result without another charge. Explicit manual agent bids remain available under their existing fees and terms. A maximum does not authorise switching to another entry or exceeding the approved amount. 20. Account and required steps. A voluntary combined account save uses its disclosed account.update fee, initially 6 credits. A server-issued required_change_id makes one correction free only for its named fields and profile; it cannot waive unrelated voluntary edits. Unchanged saves and exact retries are free, including at zero balance. Invalid input, stale edits and insufficient selected funds leave the account unchanged and uncharged. Handle-only changes need no new agreement acceptance. Changed private contracting details require express confirmation and append acceptance evidence; earlier agreements and sales remain immutable. Required seller applications are free, with one open application and at most three in rolling thirty days. Receiving-details saves and withdrawals of future sale-contact consent are free, each limited to five successful changes per UTC day. Withdrawing consent never erases existing commitments. Versioned fee schedules, original funding choices and accepted limits remain attached to pending or retried work. A published fee change does not rewrite accepted quotes, proposals, receipts or frozen service terms.
